Cancellations & fees

 

PERMANENT MAKEUP APPOINTMENTS:

A $100 non-refundable booking fee is required for all microblading/lip blushing appointments. The booking fee is applied towards the total cost of service. If cancelled with less than a 48-hour notice, the booking fee will be surrendered and another booking fee will be required to reschedule. Booking fees are transferable one time to another date as long as a 48-hour notice is given.

Cancellations the day of the service are considered a no-show unless deemed necessary otherwise. No-shows are subject to 100% of the total cost of service.

A $75 cancellation fee applies to all 6 week touch up appointments with less than a 48 hour notice.

We understand emergencies pop up last minute. We reserve the right to discontinue scheduling appointments with clients who no show 1 time or cancel multiple times with less than a 48 hour notice. Any permanent makeup appointments cancelled with less than a 48-hour notice will require that 50% of the total cost of service is due prior to the next appointment if client chooses to reschedule.

You will receive a text message and email reminder confirming your appointment the moment it is booked, 48 hours in advance and again 24 hours in advance.  

 

Guests

 

We strive to make Skye Beauty the most comfortable and relaxing environment possible for all of our clients. With that being said, no guests including children are allowed in the salon during appointments (exceptions include interpreters, etc.). We cannot be responsible for children in our salon as we handle disinfectants, needles and many other hazardous materials that are not safe for children.

There are many coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance of Skye Beauty if your guest(s) would like to wait until your appointment is completed. We appreciate your understanding.

 

Lateness

 

If you are running late, please call or text to let us know. For permanent makeup appointments, if you are more than 10 minutes late, we will try our best to accommodate you but we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if we are unable to.

We do understand the weather and road conditions in the winter are unpredictable. Please let us know if you think you are going to be late or need to reschedule.
